An officer went undercover to a brothel which was disguised as a massage parlor. The manager offered prices of sexual services, and the officer repeated those offers in court. The intention of tendering the words of the manager as evidence was "other than the truth". That is, to prove that the parlor was indeed a brothel in disguise for the fact that sexual services were offered. This was held to be admissible.
